February 9, 2021
10:30 am – 11:10 am

Physical Therapist and fitness instructor, Denise Klatte, will be returning to us to host and teach a virtual Zoom exercise class on Tuesday, February 9th, 10:30 am – 11:10 am. There will be a brief introduction by Denise addressing the importance of safe activity and movement, especially during this pandemic, followed by exercises she’ll lead us through together, in the comfort of our homes. Dress comfortably, wear sneakers, and have water nearby. We’ll begin seated in a chair and will progress to moves which can be performed seated or standing.
If you would like to participate, see your church friends and learn some great moves for living a vibrant life even during this pandemic, please email the following information to Annette Matsuda at annettematsuda@gmail.com
