In our four gatherings we will gain an introduction to biblical Psalms and consider Psalms of Lament, Cursing Psalms, and Psalms of Praise. Material will be drawn from chapters 1 through 4 of Getting Involved with God by Ellen Davis, Associate Professor of Bible and Practical Theology at Duke University. April Herron will guide the class.
