Denise earned her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and master’s degrees in Biokinesiology and Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California. She has worked for Providence Little Company of Mary as a Home Health Physical Therapist since 2001. Additionally, Denise teaches fitness classes for The Bay Club.
She has written and published fitness and health related articles, presented workshops and lectures throughout the US and internationally, and has been a consultant and trainer for online fitness classes, exercise programming, and product development.
Denise’s passion and expertise is in equipping individuals, particularly maturing adults, with knowledge and skills in order to improve their posture, balance, and functional strength…regardless of their age, health status, or physical abilities.
